A brief warm up here in the Denver Metro area and my kids think it is summer. Stuart was at a friend’s house yesterday and asked if they could turn on the hose while they jumped on the trampoline. I think it might have been 50 degrees. After such a gloomy February, we’ll take whatever sunshine we can get!
Elise is doing much better and almost back to her 100% mischievous self. She had some x-rays done and met with the surgeon on Monday. Her lungs look much improved, but the lower left lobe still sounds a little “dull”. I was able to get a cd with all the x-rays and CT scans and it is pretty amazing to see the change, and how much her left lung was diminished. It is a huge relief to see her running around and having fun. She is especially enjoying being outside.

Hurray for more blog posts and SO SOON!!! It's kind of, well, exciting! Glad that Elise is now well onto her way of being back to her normal self. P.S. You're a great Mother and as for the birthday thing, as long as the kids have a cake, a present and some balloons, that's all that matters!
